Educational Activity

Mr Eardley has been involved in higher education and training in surgery for over ten years and holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education from the University of Dundee. He has been the lead for education and contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate orthopaedic teaching at the James Cook University Hospital.

Mr Eardley is active in ONTEA, the Northern Region Orthopaedic Teaching Community and organises the placement of trainee Orthopaedic Surgeons on the Northern Deanery rotation. 

Mr Eardley has recently been appointed an examiner for the JCIE FRCS(Tr&Orth) examinations.
